The Good: Spyware Remover was created to protect your system from attacks of spyware and adware. It does a great job in getting a very large amount of the threats. The software is very simple to use, so you do not have to be a computer expert to figure it out and run it effectively. This is another one of the programs with the automatic updates and scheduled scanning abilities, which can make it very easy for you once you install it.
It offers protection from many different types of threats including, spyware, adware, popups, trojans, and hijackers. The definition database is very large as well, so it offers protection from a huge amount of specific threats. The real time protection did a great job of blocking a very large portion of the malicious content as well.

The Bad: While Spyware Remover offers protection from a large amount of different types of malicious content, it still does not offer as much as some of the competition. This is what will make or break Anti-Spyware software. It has enough protection to still be considered a good program, but the few areas where it lacks still set it behind some of the competition.

The Bottom Line: Overall, Spyware Remover will get the job done. It may not do it as great as some of the competition, although it is close. The program looks great physically, and seemed to do a really good job of blocking the threats in real time. The scans detected a great deal of what was on the system as well, but it did miss some things that were picked up by other programs.
