Detailed Ratings Ease of Installation & Setup: The Project X Manual e-book is easy to install and requires no real effort. Their videos play nicely on an Internet browser with the Adobe Flash plug in, but other products are not as easy to figure out. Using a Macintosh, we had to transfer some files to a PC in order to open them. For a not-so-organized members area, but for having an e-book that is easy to use and videos for the beginner.Features: The team behind Affiliate Project X uses some innovative ideas to market their product. If you type in Affiliate Project X in Google, you will find tons of sites, all in the top ten listings, along with Google Advertisements that grab your attention saying phrases similar to Find out why Project X is a scam. Then, when clicked on, you will be directed to a sales page that looks like a real review of the product that in its conclusion finds Project X well worth the money and a great bargain! Once paid, you are offered another package on top of the US $97 dollars spent for the e-book and video package. It is called back-end selling and they do it well (and teach you to do the same). The product is called Adwords Miracle Guide, which includes a one-hour live video. It is an extra US $67 for the full package at a discounted price. Affiliate Project X offers some decent features that should not be written off right away. What is quite amazing is the selling price, which is simply too much. Perhaps with this high price, Project X can offer affiliates (or those who sell their product) a nice return if they help to market it. However, other affiliate and SEO learning websites that are subscription-based (where a user pays nearly US $30 per month) are actually a better deal. A member would easily learn more in three months from Wealthy Affiliates or especially from Affilorama than from Project X for the same investment. The Affiliate Project X program members area is not very user friendly or organized. However, as promised on their sales page, you will have access to their e-book, videos, and have an opportunity to have a website created for you at no cost (where you must sell Affiliate Project Xs materials). Two of the three videos work using a web browser (such as the latest version of Mozilla Firefox), but two of the products (one that requires Windows Media Player and the other Microsoft Excel) would not open properly. The Project X Manual is a 71-page e-book that opens easily in Adobe Reader. The manual is not fancy or as well organized as it could be. However, some of the lessons in the e-book are valuable, especially the parts that refer to becoming a Clickbank affiliate. One of the beginner videos spends a majority of its time narrating the Clickbank website and teaching a pre-beginner how the site works. You could learn about this subject matter on your own by visiting the Clickbank website. For those who are more visually inclined, the half-hour long videos are well done and narrated. It would be nice if they offered more quality videos. The e-book does explain the process of buying and selling, and helps users begin to develop a sales page: headlines, grabbing paragraphs, and a call to action, which are all discussed in brevity. In essence, the e-book manual is a case study of Affiliate Project X. It shows you what they have done and what has worked well for them. Some of their information is outdated, and they do not spend much time talking about Googles newest changes, advances, or how Google rates pages. Ease of Use: The e-book is easy to open and the members area is OK. The e-book does not have an interactive table of contents and the script is not read well by Apple Computers PDF Viewer. Instead, users will have to use the Adobe Reader program, which can be downloaded from the members area. The videos are also easy to use and the pace is slow enough that even a beginner will be able to push pause, go to the Clickbank website, and apply what they are learning. Content Quality: Affiliate Project X is a decent product. Overall, it delivers what it claims. When compared to other websites that offer more thorough case studies and e-courses, and websites that teach organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO), it does not stand as tall. The team at Project X knows what they are doing, and it is obvious that they know the market and know how to sell. Their e-book and video sessions push members to sell their product for good returns and profits. Furthermore, this course is very basic and great for beginners, but is not going to offer much for the seasoned affiliate marketer, unlike the two top-rated programs in our reviews. The videos are well done and if the price were cut in half, it might be worth the cost. The Good: The e-book is mediocre and the videos are great for someone who wants to learn the basics to Clickbank, Google Adwords, and others. The narrator does a nice job and claims to get to the point in every manner. The video lessons are nearly 30 minutes long, and if Affiliate Project X attempted to compete with the better affiliate marketing websites, they might be top-notch. The Bad: Two of the videos play well in browsers as long as you have an adobe flash plug-in. Another file called Windows Media Mirror and Affiliate Project Xs Product Portfolio do not open or run on a Macintosh computer, even if you have Windows Media Player and Microsoft Excel for Mac. The files have been coded using unrecognizable extensions but do work on a PC. The members area could be a bit cleaner and looks as if it has been thrown together. The e-book could discuss the difference between black hat and white hat techniques a little more. The Bottom Line: Affiliate Project X has a lot to offer, but does not offer as much as other affiliate marketing websites. While the return for others who sell Affiliate Project Xs product is decent, we feel that this is their number one goal, to spread their name and sell their own product via others who will pay for the advertising. They will even build a website for you to sell their product, but you have to do all the investing, such as buying a domain and paying for the web hosting services. Additionally, you have to learn how to write effective advertisements, especially for Google who has been slapping websites for non-relevant material with high cost-per-click rates. When it comes down to it, even for those who pay for advertisements, relevance and pleasing Google are always at the top of the priority list.

Affiliate Program X does a lot to sell their program that users could model to make some sales. Using their own product as an official "case study," you will be able to see how and why they were able to get you to purchase their product. Overall, the member's area isn't organized and their products aren't always Mac friendly. Affiliate Project X doesn't come with as near as many extras or useful tools as other affiliate marketing sites. [DESCRIPTION FROM MANUFACTURERS WEB SITE] The best kept secret in the entire game.
