The Good
The Truth about Building muscle by Sean Nalewanyj is the ultimate package for online advice about packing on muscle. This easy to read e-book includes everything you need: the biogenetics of how muscles function, complete nutrition and why you should eat what is says to eat, 26-week workout guide, and loads of essential knowledge about how to become a massively muscular new you. The greatest part about this program is how versatile it is; workouts are short (1 hour per day, 3 days per week) and can be fit into anyone's schedule, the meal-plans range from 2000 to 6000 calories daily, and also included is an audio course that can be listened to on the go.
TTABM is based around the HIT (High Intensity Training) method for gaining muscle. HIT basically means exhausting a specific muscle to the point of failure and then a week later retraining that same muscle.
A great informational video is included with this package. Sean shows himself in the gym performing most exercises outlined in his product. He explains thoroughly why he performs a certain excerise and explains the essentials of how to perform it properly.
The Bad
The only downside to the Truth about Building Muscle is that it is focused on High Intensity Training (HIT), leaving out a vast majority of workouts that are just as effective. Also, the video included was roughly 750mb, and if you have dial-up, that would take a considerably long time to download.
The Bottom Line
If you want real results from a workout, then buy the Truth about Building Muscle. Included are several e-books, nutrition guides, videos and audio filled to the brim with information about building muscle. Sean Nalewanyj focuses on HIT training, a proven method that dramatically increases muscle mass like no other workout. This workout/nutrition guide can be fit into anyone's schedule (3 hours per week). The strongest point this book holds is how true and accurate the scientific information; Sean thoroughly explains how the body reacts to certain supplements, foods, workouts, and anything fitness related. The Truth About Building Muscle includes a great video (exercises are performed personally by Sean himself), and is the only product out of the top 5 that does. I can't stress enough how great this program is.
This book gave me everything I needed to know about building muscle. It was very easy and actually good fun to read. All info was compact, yet well explained. It makes sense. You only need 3 sessions each between 45mins and 1 hour per week so any person has time for it. It does not promote supplement use, though it guides you through them all in case you feel you lack the time to prepare your every meal. In this "tour-de-supplement" you learn about all the ones that do not work or are dangerous and simply a scam and waste of money. The course included videos, a full workout plan, custom workout plans for people with injuries or lack of equipment, meal plans and a database with detailed descriptions and videos of more than 200 excercises. There were also several other bonus packs focusing on chest building, tasty protein-filled dishes and other useful knowledge. Basically you will know everything about anything to do with bodybuilding when you have read through the pack. Also, it was very cheap!
The Bad
Some people might find there to be too much information, but really you need all of it if you wish to securely build a huge muscular body as fast a possible. I think the meal-plans very slightly more focused on grown-ups who go to the supermarket themselves (I am only 17). The amount of protein to be eaten seemed slightly exaggerated but it is almost correct. The pack was a bit confusing to download, but almost anyone should be able to do it and everything is explained.
The Bottom Line
It WORKS. There is no way out of it, any person wishing to build their body should just buy this right away. The gains I have had in muscular appearance and capabilities since I purchased this programme have been more than 5 times greater and with about 1/40th the amount of injuries than any other programme or fitness trainer's advise I have ever followed. Oh yeah, and on top of that I now know more about bodybuilding than any person at my school, including the gym teachers. All this for so little money, and you will end up saving thousands of dollars by not buying uneccesary equipment, supplements, magazines and hours with personal trainers.
The workouts are killer. I feel like I get a great session in every time. The beauty of this is that the workouts aren't too long. They are designed to fit working people's schedule. I can leave work, swing by the gym, and still be home in time for supper.
The Bad
It was a bit lengthy and I think some of the gains were exaggerated.
The Bottom Line
The Truth About Building Muscle helped me out. I used to be lost when I went to the gym, I found out that I had been working out completely wrong.
First good thing is that I have gotten bigger and stronger. The whole HIT thing is cool. I leave the gym feeling like I got a heck of a workout.
The Bad
It did take me a long time to download the video.
The Bottom Line
Basically, the system works great. The only problem I had was not one with the book itself, but my internet connection. I have become pretty nervous about buying stuff online because it seems like there are a lot of scams waiting to screw me over, but this one proved to be for real. It worked for me and thats all I care bout.
The workout plans were great. I also liked the nutrition/meal plan.
The Bad
I didn't really want something with so much explanation. I want something that will help me with my workouts, not put me through health class.
The Bottom Line
If you are prepared to read a lot, then this could be pretty good for you. The workouts are good and I have gotten a lot of use out of the meal plans, but I skipped over a bunch of the reading that is included.
Sean did a damn good job of explaining everything. I really like how he not only tells us what to do but completely explains why we should do it. I learned so much that really helps how my muscles/body works.
The Bad
Sometime the workouts felt a little short to me.
The Bottom Line
I was pleasantly surprised at how much I really learned from "The Truth." I have been having good muscle gains, and since learning about how my muscles work I have been able to help out some friends that were having problems too.
The program works. The workout plan was great and it had all the of the info i need to keep a great log of the whole process. The meal plans were awesome too. I have had a rough time with the dieat part of everything before, but this system seemed to help more than any others.
The Bad
I did not notice any downsides.
The Bottom Line
I have tried many different things in the past. Tons of supplements and a few different programs to help build muscle but nothing ever actually helped me much. The Truth was the first program I have used that I could actually notice how much more it helped me out. A definite A+ from me!
