Detailed Ratings
The Good
Probably the greatest selling point on this book is the price. At a relatively cheap price compared to the other e-books, this book does provide adequate information about muscle gaining. Included are proper work-out routines, proper nutrition, and a few crash-course lessons on how the body works in relation to muscle gaining. Also it did explain it great detail how to calculate your body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, and total recommended calorie intake.
Along with extensive guides on how to figure out BMI's, body fat and calorie intake, this e-book also provides information about proper diet, thoroughly explaining what you need to eat in order to experience gains. Also included are bonus e-books: Six-Pack Abs Guide, Supplement Guide, Creatine Report, Proper Nutrition, and Writer's Best (Exposes the 12 myths of body-building).
The Bad
The Biogentic e-book hardly looks like to be of professional design. Coupled with less-than-professional design and advertisements for supplements and products strewn throughout, this book read like fitness magazine. I couldn't go more than 20 pages in the book without running into another advertisement. People want answers, not more stuff to buy.
The Bottom Line
The Biogentic Muscle Gain Program by Bryan Kernan & Lee Hayward provides adequate information about body building, however, because of its less-than-professional design and multiple advertisements within the e-book, it scored a lower rating. A few pluses to be noted about this product were the nutrition guides and the BMI, body fat, and calorie intake calculators. The program includes several extra e-books such as a guide for 6-pack abs, that further knowledge after the e-book. At a price of right under $40.00, it is relatively cheap compared to the other e-books. However, if you really want a superb product that explains every aspect of muscle gaining and truly has results, I highly recommend The Truth About Building Muscle by Sean Nalewanyj.
