Detailed Ratings

The Good Woman or man, any body type, this e-book has a program specifically designed to slap on that desired extra muscle. The No Nonsense Muscle Building e-book starts out incredibly "preachy", exposing myths and the "can's and can not's" of muscle building; however, after reading past those parts, I found the book to contain essential information about every aspect of the body and why things work. Subjects like hormones, workout guides, dietary needs, and the science of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates are exposed.

The great thing about this book is the included nutrition guides for the cheap, the expensive, and the vegetarian diets. All work greatly and are also differentiated by calorie size (2,500-5,500 daily). Each book contains strict diet plans starting from getting out of bed to sleep. Plus, all of the diets can be substituted and switched around to better suit your needs and tastes.

Also included in the e-book is a very detailed workout guide that can accommodate anyone's busy schedule. Vince sticks to a 29-week workout 3 days a work coupled with minimal cardio for "insane gains."
The Bad The e-book sounded like it was preaching a muscle gaining religion. It seemed a little lengthy also, and when coupled with the audio-course, there is a lot of information to absorb.
The Bottom Line Vince Delmonte's No Nonsense Muscle Building Guide is a great value for the price tag. The e-book covers every single ounce of information you will need to know, think, and apply to gain muscle. It appears "preachy" at first, however, the book transforms your brain into becoming a muscle gaining machine by using methods that are proven to work. Included are nutrition guides (vegetarian, healthy mass and inexpensive food guides are also included), workout guides (outline every aspect of your workout), and bonus e-books and audio-courses that assist in your goal to gain muscle (Upside Down Training, No-nonsense Body Shaping, The Unforgiveable Sins, Fat-Cutting). Another aspect that other products seemed to struggle with that No Nonsense Muscle Building Guide excelled in is the woman's guides that are coupled with the program. This means that woman or man, you can buy this product and achieve your goal. Excellent 2nd choice for our top 5 muscle gaining products.

My take

Detailed Ratings

The Good I was able to build some muscle. I liked the eating guide that was made for a low budget; it really helped me a lot. The workout guide felt really good to do too.
The Bad It was pretty long. I did not feel like reading that much. Maybe I am a little lazy but I just wanted something to tell me exactly what to do and nothing more.
The Bottom Line There is no doubt that it works. I have always been kind of skinny and not able to gain much muscle, but I noticed gains within 2 weeks after I started using this. Even if it was kind of long, you can just skip over what you don't feel like reading.
