The Good
If you just flip through Muscle Gaining Secrets by Jason Ferruggia, you will probably think it is not the greatest option. You will pick up on the pictures, which granted are a bit cheap and cheesy, but you will miss out on the best guide to building muscle that you can find. Muscle Gaining Secrets is one of the best kept secrets online when it comes to learning the true ins and outs to building muscle.
Through Muscle Gaining Secrets, Jason does a great job of actually making this a workout program that is enjoyable to read. He uses stories that tie into the programs and introduces characters that work as amazing examples. The visualization that this provides for you is amazing in making Muscle Gaining Secrets so easy to understand.
The Bad
The only negative aspect of Muscle Gaining Secrets is that Jason Ferruggia decided to use some lower quality images. The lower quality images do not take away from the overall quality of the program, but it is an aspect that readers will take note of quickly. An upside to this is that the lower quality pictures help to keep the package smaller so it is easier to download.
Muscle Gaining Secrets does not come with a nutrition guide like many other systems do, which is a bit of a bummer. But it does come with a really good meal guide called "Quick Meals for Fast Muscle" that shows you some really great meals to make while trying to bulk up.
The Bottom Line
Muscle Gaining Secrets by Jason Ferruggia is the ultimate bargain. For the price, I was blows away at everything he gives away on top of the actual course (which is better than the higher priced competition). Jason gives some great techniques away that are the most unique and original I have seen; more importantly though, the techniques are extremely effective! When it comes down to it, if you want to bulk up and build muscle fast, Muscle Gaining Secrets by Jason Ferruggia is exactly what you have been looking for.
No-brainer. Everything is well organized and laid in easy to access and follow formats.
Content Quality
Content is very good if you are looking for an easy to follow course. I saw in the reviewers comments that one of the competitor's sites had muscle diagram charts. This was supposed to be a big plus. Why? I'm interested in a muscle building course, not a physioligical classroom setting. Also, Jason has different coursed for different levels. He has the Beginner Blast Off, obviously for beginners. In it he states exactly who should follow this course and why. He has Maximum Mass, that is for people with more than one year's experience or have completed Beginner Blast Off. He has the Exercise Database, with photos. He has Home Gym Warrior, for those who will be working out at home with limitations on the equipment they will have access to. He has an e-book on avoiding injuries, or if you should experience an injury,do you work out or not, and if so, how do you work out with the injury. He has another very good e-book, The Secrets of Super Strength. He has Meal Plan Guides for diets from 2000 calories to 6000 calories. He has another meal guide called Quick Meals For Fast Muscle. And he has the over 200 page book Muscle Gaining Secrets. And yes he does have an online forum. The website's reviewer stated that he did not have a forum online.
The Good
Everything previously stated.
The Bad
Exercise Database could give a little more.
The Bottom Line
I compared this course to your #1 rated course based on the information contained in their sales pages and chose this one. Jason's simply has more than Sean's. Jason has the courses for beginners and those working out at home, not in a gym. Sean does not.
At first glance, Muscle Gaining Secrets by Jason Ferruggia appears to have nothing to offer but low quality pictures and a bad editing job; but as I read further and further, I found this program to be a "diamond in the rough."Â Thoroughly packed with information about building muscle, this book really focuses on the nitty and gritty of body-building, "pumping iron," so to speak.
Jason uses stories and quotes to introduce his methods of working out to the reader. Frequently talking about a "Big Joe" and an "Uncle Rory"Â; this method really worked to provide examples to clearly explain workout procedures and proper methods for body building. Some examples would include proper resting techniques, proper lifting techniques, and how to "go all out"Â in a set.
The Bad
Plain text and very low-resolution pictures make the product look unprofessional. Also, some of the pictures are placed in the center of paragraphs, making it hard to follow along with smooth transition between words. My only possible explanation for the low-resolution pictures would be that the editor was trying to make the products as small as possible for a smooth download.
No nutrition guides are included, however, there is a "Quick Meals for Fast Muscle" Guide included that shows a few meals that are great to packing on that muscle.
The Bottom Line
Muscle Gaining Secrets by Jason Ferruggia is a decent product for its price tag and comes with several extras. At times in the e-book it does seem like a lot of the ideas and principles are coming completely out of thin air, but Jason provides adequate information to back his methods. This book focuses on the pumping iron aspect of muscle gain, the actual physical act. The book doesn't throw a lot of medical and biological jargon at you, it just tells you the straight and narrow on how to gain muscle. Not saying the e-book is completely devoid of intelligence, just proving a point that you don't need to know every aspect of your body to experience muscle gain. However, I would highly recommend The Truth about Building Muscle by Sean Nalewanyj.
